Этот тренинг оказался вообще не нужным для меня, я уже не работаю на кухне и не таскаю разносы, там поднимались темы касающиеся еды и грамотного обслуживания, про мой книжный отдел было буквально несколько слов, мы слушали это всё часа 4, потраченное впустую время. Приехала домой, покушали пиццу с парнем, посмотрели сериал, вот сейчас лежу в постели и хочу продолжить спать, проснулась неимоверно слабой, как после приступа, но самого приступа небыло. Завтра узнаю на работе, можно ли будет парня пристроить, вместе работать было бы здорово.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
