Юка говорит что спать ей мешают разые шумы только когла она раздражается. Значит я много раздражаюсь на шум и по этому не могу заснуть. Пробовал устанять раздражение от одного шума и быстро забыл о нем и почти заснул. Теперь знаю че с этим делать)
Че то я сильно зарание приехал в аэропорт , теперь еще долго ждать. Поищу место где не холодно ( тут некомфортно от кондиционеров) и буду читать "путишествие в мир живой клетки", вчера ее начал.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
