Вчера у одного из подписчиков в инсте увидела видео из зала,куда бывший ходит. Короткое. Как спецом- бывший там. Берет полотенца и вещи с подоконника и уходит,показал рогатку из пальцев,сделал лыбу.Поздно вечером уже. Отписалась от этого члвк,чтбы больше не увидеть такое. Ну ёкнуло чуток,скорее страх. Как будто увидела что то жуткое.Его походку,манеру,лицо. Поняла вдруг,что ВСЁ. Вернись он сейчас-послала бы нахуй.Не нужен он мне и давно.
Оплакивала не его, а саму любовь,саму себя.
В нем нечего оплакивать. Мразь он в овечьей шкуре.
Заснула с улыбкой.
Вчера смотрела видео занятия с петлями ТРХ. Хочу на себе попробовать. Клиентам давать для разнообразия.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
