Сегодня и вчера вечером что-то было (относительно) очень грустно, смесь недолюбленности с недоношенностью) то ли это из-за того что 7ой день без, то ли из-за работы, что там пока "скучно", хз
Серж звонил, я искренне радовался слышать его голос
Ну еще мысли, что от неё типа мало какой-то отдачи (внешней такой, ритуальной, социальнопоглаживающей), но это на 90% моя заморочка и пустота, зато пока мы типа ругаемся, то открываем друг другу всякое "без косметики" и кажется это нас сближает
А еще кажется, что очень заметно помогает написать об этом

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
