осознание того,что от себя не сбежишь, наводит на мысль,что ненавидеть себя-глупо. ещё год назад я была настоящим ЧСУшником. Но ведь у меня нет ничего лучшего, чем я сама. Моя жизнь изменилась, когда я осознала,что люблю себя, а вся нелюбовь к себе-это вред,как минимум. Начала любить себя такой, какой являюсь, не подавлять желания и интерес лишь потому, что другие осудят. Начала любить и уважать себя. Перестала бояться быть отвергнутой своим кругом общения. На кой хуй мне люди, которые говорят, какой мне быть, а какой быть нельзя?Часто гуляю одна, но получаю от этих прогулок гораздо больше удовольствия. Приятно быть собой.На данный момент чувствую себя гораздо лучше, чем когда-либо.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
