Мне нужно повышать самооценку. Я не 100 долларовая банкнота, чтобы всем нравиться. И что я буду делать с людьми, для которых я "недостаточно что-то там"? Правильно, посылать в жопу, вот прям так, без прикрас. Я себя люблю, для себя я самая классная, другой такой во всем мире нет, я отлично справляюсь с той ситуацией, которая у меня сложилась в жизни. Мне не нужно одобрение или похвала каких-то непонятных людей и я не буду пускать в свой мир не понятно кого. Я прекрасно себя чувствую в обществе себя самой, мне не нужен никто, чтобы чувствовать себя хорошо и быть в хорошем настроении.
Просто оставлю эту запись здесь и при хреновом настроении буду перечитывать, дабы не забыть эти важные вещи)

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
