чувствую, что максимально прожил сегодняшний день! отлично себя ощущаю несмотря на то, что ночью почему-то почти не спал.
я встал довольно рано, съездил всюду, куда нужно было съездить и все сделал. часов в 13 встретились с л. и сходили пообедать, затем я мирно подремал пару часов.
вечером начали смотреть фильм "квадрат" (2017) - шведская комедия с каннского фестиваля. интересно. без привычного экшона и все такое, но увлекает.
все еще ищу новую для себя книгу.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
