Если ты в припадке честности с собой поймешь, что при помощи Селекции восприятий нет счастья, развития, наполненности жизни - просто отбрось это, оставь как пройденный этап, пережитый опыт. Иди дальше. Откройся новому. Селекция - всего лишь один из методов, одна из правд. Если что - всегда ведь можно будет к ней вернуться. Освободись.
Кажется страшным - ведь уже столько лет в этом. Комфортзона. Хотя комфорт нам только снится.
Но это не страшно на самом деле. Появляются новые книги в твоей жизни, новые люди, новые учителя. Оказывается, можно быть спокойной, радостной, предвкушать каждый новый день, а главное - любить себя и других людей. И не все мужики- мудаки и бревна.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
