Меняю работу с 1 числа. Возвращаюсь, на продажи пива. Думаю, время максимально удачно выбранно. Здесь, начался откровенно дурдом. 5К штрафов за два дня, а за оставшуюся неделю, сколько мне осталось доработать, думаю прибавят столько же.
Неужели, они думают, что мотивация выстроенная на страхе, потерять деньги наиболия эффективна? Хотя я не уверен, что они думают. Скорее, работают по проверенной схеме... Т.к. 💰 пойдут шефу на карман. План уложиться в -10К :) остальное забрать. Ненавижу, систему где не ясно сколько тебе препочитается, за работу, а итоговая сумма может поменяться в Ведомости при выдачи. Плевать. Все равно выживу, и добьюсь успеха, где б я не работал. Держимся. Гг

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
