Разрыв между «текущим собой» и тем, кто находится в другой временной точке, больше всего влияет на то, как мы принимаем решения. Мы способны выбрать прокрастинацию и позволить какой-нибудь другой версии самих себя делать выбор и заниматься решением наших проблем. Или мы можем сосредоточиться на той версии нашего «я», которая получает удовольствие, и игнорировать ту, которая будет расплачиваться за это.
Прямо сейчас напишу письмо себе в будущее и попрошу прощения за то дерьмо, что я сейчас творю со своей жизнью.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
