сегодня был приятный день.
+ помыл пол в логове
+ вылез в кафе пожрать, и было приятно чувствовать голод и испытывать много разных желаний еды, выбирать между ними
+ наконец-то купил самокат!
+ начал читать Крайтона и Генри Марша
+ 1.5 часа продуктивной работы вечером
+ творог с малиной и бананом. Вкусно
Продолжаю смотреть лекцию про происхождение жизни. Узнал про баланс Na и К, поиски водорастворимого фосфора, гипотезу гейзеров и вулканов как колыбели жизни. Прикольно, как учёные по составу крови и цитоплазмы отыскивают наиболее вероятные места зарождения жизни. Похоже на работу детективов.

насыщенность опять куда-то делась. Но по крайней мере мне приятно жить.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
