Розібралися, хто барабанить в бригаді. Олег криса, з вогнем грається. Розкол на наших та їхніх неминучий, хоч фактично він вже стався.
Визначив моменти коли мене найбільше тягне на старі звички. Я не можу більше чекати. Не знаю на скільки ще хватить мого терпіння і сили волі, яка ґрунтується на чистому ентузіазмі. Тому треба діяти. Прямо завтра і спробую на скільки це ефективно.
Як тільки зловлю себе на думці про заборонені речовини, одразу ж почну реалізовувати свою енергію фізичними вправами вдома, чи на спортивному майданчику. Допоки не перехочеться про це думати, або не впаду виснажений. Поки не бачу іншого виходу.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
