Поработала час днем. И взяла ещё поздно час.
После персоналки качнула спину. Кайф. Возвращаюсь к своим силовым, а то только прыгалки,от них красивой формы не будет.
И добавить белка в рацион. Купить рыбы.
Сижу перед групповой,на диване,после трени спать захотела.
Опять штормовое передали. Страшно. Так часто. Купила ещё пачку свечей днём.
И в любимом отделе две пары ретуз на сезон. Довольная.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
