Помылась аккуратно,ранку не задела. Лишний раз незачем мочить,быстрее заживёт.
Смотрю в зеркало и не верю глазам. Искривление носовой перегородки выправляется! Переносица становится прямой!!! Тейп каждую ночь. Нос дышит. Хотя есть такое,что вроде временами плоховато и иногда хочется больше воздуха. Посмотрим.
Звонил Ан.,ремонтник,который у бывшего в доме был. Хочет пообедать. Что ж,приятно видеть. Осознанный он более менее. Пообедаем.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
