Качала немного пресс и захотелось получать удв от процесса, думала, что пресс вообще приятно качать и мне нравится. И мне его захотелось теперь качать и получать удв. Такой эффект уже был, что мне хотелось заниматься какой-то конкретной фа, от которой я получала удв и следила, чтобы удв не сбивалось.
Думала про то, что интересы, они как кролики, как и рж и с ними нужно аккуратно обращаться. Не доделывать все, че мне нравилось до конца, не выдавливать интерес. Щас у меня задача не выдавливать хотя бы Озв. Стало гораздо приятнее в целом исп Озв, когда я их не выжимаю.
Меняла ув "я хуевая" на "я симп чл". Становилось радостно от ясности, что я симп чл, но мне еще легко почув себя хуевой.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
