Дотащилась до текста, написанного А в сотрудничестве с ИА. Теперь несколько дней уйдёт на отделение зерна от плевел, осмысление и запоминание. Ещё больше времени потрачу на ввод осмысленного в жизнь. Столько дел, столько дел. Но это лучше, чем когда вообще нет инфо.
Сделала йодную сеточку. Вечером ещё хочу прогревание лёгких с маслом эвкалипта устроить, с клизмой наверное не выйдет(маман дома).
Именно потому, что будет туго, сейчас нужно стараться больше, чем когда-либо. Перед рассветом всегда темнее всего.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
