я часто боюсь задавать людям вопросы и боюсь, что мне зададут неудобный вопрос и я неэффектно отвечу. Хочу против этого применить такую методику:
1) выписать все вопросы,которые я бы хотела задать каждому конкретному человеку, и даже не только вопросы, но и реплики, месаджи, которые я хотела бы сказать ему
2) потом перечитывать и писать свои коменты, что возникает, какие сомнения, опасения
3) выписать список вопросов и реплик, которые мне страшно услышать

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
