Розчин люголю коштує 7 (!!) гривень. Думав 20, 50, 70, но точно не 7. Виявилось там дуже простий склад: йод, гліцерин, йодид. Певно із цих 7ми гривень 4 коштує сама баночка, в якій він зберігається. Попросив медсестру зробити цю не дуже приємну процедуру, помазати мені горло цим розчином. Жити буду. От зараз би не помішало її знов зловити, щоб вона повторила цю процедуру. Цікаво я б зміг собі сам це зробити? Був би цікавий досвід.
А ще мені дали градусник, тепер не тільки по відчуттям визначаю температуру😅
Надіюсь до завтра хоча б трохи покращає...

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
