Составил ТЗ по первому проекту и передал кодеру. По деньгам даже больше предложил чем кодер сам предложил. Не хочу жмотить деньги своим сотрудникам, хочу чтобы ценили свое место в студии и знали что за качественную работу будет качественная оплата. Короче довольный сотрудник дешевле, чем экономить на ЗП и получить недовольного сотрудника
Сейчас наверное пойду прогуляюсь, а то давно надо размяться и обязательно нужно будет начать делать Z. А то и так уже времени очень мало

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
