Девочек ушатала.
Сама пропотела.
Не хотела, но поужинала,тк пью антибиотик вечером. На голодный желудок нельзя. Завтра выпью днём,половинку дозы. И вечером только кефир.
Нра ни с кем не общаться. В зал даже не зашла,только групповое.Существую сама по себе. Наблюдаю жизнь вокруг.
Оч грязно в городе.Снег пошел,будет ЕЩЕ ГРЯЗНЕЕ.
Завтра спину качну перед Табатой.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
