Безопасность - отсутствие кредитов, наличие хотя бы 1000грн.
Репродуктивная функция - хотя бы раз в неделю секс или дрочка, не чаще 4 раз.
Здоровье - высыпаться именно ночью, зарядка или/и зал, отсутствие сигарет, минимум алкоголя.
Удовольствие - секс, редко алкоголь, музыка, прогулки, игры, книги, ютуб.
Поиск себя - ютуб, дневник, разговоры, сны.
Дело - 8 часов в будни, выходные по желанию, не больше 5 часов.
Любовь - знакомства при серьезном интересе, осторожное общение с Таней.
Польза - мыть за собой посуду, помогать, только если просят.
Осталось делать. Намного легче, а то эта неизвестность накаляет.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
