Каждый раз, когда возникает какая-то техническая или бытовая проблема, которую я не знаю, как решать, у меня возникает уверенность, что она возникла только у меня- особенной неудачницы. И эта нсу не позволяет возникнуть желанию решить проблему. И конечно же она абсурдна и чсвшна.
Последнее время при возникновении любой проблемы, сразу напоминаю себе, что она на 99,99% возникала и у других людей. Что это не значит, что я особенно невезучая. Что можно найти способы ее решить.
Сегодня наконец погуглила и нашла инфу, как переключать акки в инсте на компе.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
