Второй день подряд засыпаю с телефоном на подушке. Сейчас мне такой сон приснился, ну это жестко.... он был реалистичный и блин очень мотивирующий. Грустный. Из хорошего - это был сон и я так вздохнула, когда начала просыпаться! А ещё там был Яся и это все, что было хорошо.
Надо ложиться раньше.
Смотрела вчера Джо рогана с Дэвидом Гоггинсом, поэтому этот мотивирующий ночной ужас говорит о том, что мне пора пахать и я хочу основательно над собой поработать. Во мне есть несколько качеств, которые я хочу перебороть.
Уже второй день подряд сам процесс сна, а не сновидения приносит удовольствие. Неужели это из-за увлажнителя?
Надеюсь такое мне больше не приснится.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
