Идет сильный дождь с вечера. Сейчас 3 ночи и прекращаться не думает. Зима началась. Следующие 3 месяца будет холодно. Постоянно включен эл. обогреватель из-за детей, за май нажег на 106 баксов, это рекорд. Оказывается есть лимит на зиму 350 кВт, а нажег почти 500.
За 4.5 года что живу здесь цены выросли думаю процентов на 20-30. При этом недвижимость растет космически: квартира знакомого в 14 была куплена за 110 млн. песо (по тому курсу это было 181k$, сейчас 110млн будет только 137k$) , а сейчас он ее думает продавать и подобные уходят за 250 (358к$). Тоже самое с домами и участками.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
