Смог таки дойти до П. Сложно описать, как получилось. Иногда почему-то включается это состояние - просто берешь да делаешь.
Интересно, что когда думаешь - не делаешь. Нужно "перестать думать" и делать начинаешь.
Из выводов. Стало на уровне ощущение понятно разделение на секс и эмоции. Практиковал с Настей вечером и хорошо заметил, что если я не вовлекаюсь в процесс, а просто делаю дело, то она испытывает примерно то же, что и обычно. Довольно неожиданно для меня.
Ещё крайне интересно то, что все эти мои многолетние пиздострадания не имели под собой никакой почвы. Бояться вообще было нечего.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
