Сьогодні я зробив ще один крок до моєї мрії мати гарну усмішку - встановив нижні брекети. Хоч спочатку і були труднощі, вийшло оперативно все вирішити, ще й встиг на прийом. На ці гроші я міг би ще додатково 2 місяці відпочивати, але вірю, що це правильна інвестиція.
Відчуваю ниття і дискомфорт, натирають губу. Вже помітив, що почав більше дратуватися. Мабуть варто знеболювальне випити. За тиждень має полегшати.
Виглядає уродськи. Ну нічо, я і так не надто балакучий, тепер просто декілька місяців буду мовчати😅
День однозначно в плюс.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
