Ходил гулять на песчаный берег. Там оказалось приятное безлюдное место с кустами, деревьями, тропинками, высокой травой. Пожёг там мелкий костёр из веточек.
И небо было очень красивое.
Осенняя природа, такая, как сейчас, навевает отрш. Почему-то летом и весной отрш от прогулок на природе не бывает, а сейчас она отчетливо возникала.
Пока гулял, замечал всякий мусор в своей психике. Этого мусора столько, что неудивительно, что моя жизнь до сих пор местами серая и депрессивная, и пока я его не уберу, так и будет продолжаться.

Работал. Заёбанности после работы почти нет, это радует.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
