1) Ключевой параметр в отношениях с работниками, как бы жестко и меркантильно это не звучало - экономическая целесообразность.
2) В моем бизнесе экономическая целесообразность определяется возможностью экономить мое рабочее время. Чем больше моего времени мне может сэкономить работник своей работой, тем более он ценный для меня.
3) Если работник для выполнения своей работы потребляет моего рабочего времени больше, чем я сам бы потратил на эту работу, то это значит, что я не только не заработал на нем, но и потерял деньги, так как я дважды заплатил за одну и ту же работу. Сперва деньгами работнику, а потом еще и своим временем.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
