дочитал «крейцерову сонату» толстого, хочется всем об этой книге рассказывать. оценил ее на 5 из 5. она ошеломляющая. один из вопросов, над которым я думал из-за неё: почему секс в первый раз - странно, неловко и иногда даже больно? ведь это естественный процесс: есть пищу и ходить в туалет ведь не больно.
работал, учился, под вечер немного загрустил, но сейчас вроде порядок.
1 месяц и 25 дней без порезов, 7 дней без конфликтов.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
