У меня бизнес очень сильно зависит от работников и людей, которые в нем принимают участие. Мне это не нравится. Я бы хотел так, чтобы у меня бизнес был независим от уровня подготовленности работников, их мотиваций, чсвэшных истерик и прочего.
Но как это сделать - хз. Сейчас взял стажера, дв, которая ничего не знает в интерьерном дизайне и вижу какая пропасть между ней и даже самым захудалым дизайнером. Этому всему нужно обучать людей.
Эталон такого бизнеса для меня - макдоннальдс и KFC. Это успешные бизнесы, не смотря на то, что основную работу в ней делают сумасшедшие рассеянные подростки, ахуевающие от гормональных бунтов.
Пока у меня нет идей, как это можно сделать

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
