Удивительные штуки делают генетики, найдя способы обновить клеточный возраст, что позволит омолодить человека лет на 10 за один курс "лекарств". Всего несколько лет пройдет, похоже, до того, как это станет доступным. А пока омолаживают глазные клетки, вылечивая мышек от глаукомы.
Залез-таки в холодную ванну секунд на 10. Правда, замерил потом температуру воды: 13 градусов, не трэш. Зимой будет холоднее, а пока можно просто учиться сидеть в ней подольше.
Снова активно берусь за лечение кисти, которая продолжает болеть уже месяца 3 после падения, без улучшений.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
