0:20 - 10. Снились яркие бредовые сны, но приятные. Отдельный странный сон, где я лез на Мачу-Пикчу на каменной лестнице.

Порезал палец на кухне об разбитое стекло и заметил это только тогда, когда он стал оставлять везде кровавые следы.

Вспоминаю вчерашнее состояние взвинченности. Оно очевидно неадекватное, но в нем есть и привлекательные составляющие:
- энергичность, желание прилагать какие-то усилия
- заметно меньше озм, страха перед людьми
- уверенность в себе и разрешение себе испытывать те чувства, которые испытываю.
Мне бы не помешали эти вв и в моей обычной жизни.

Вышел на улицу, постоял на солнечном месте, посмотрел на небо. Жаль, что я не могу стоять так весь день

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
