Почему так сложно НЕ ходить обутым по квартире которую я день назад "вылизала"????
Этот вопрос рано или поздно доведет меня до шизы..
Решила "поковыряться" в своей голове и решить главную задачу - "почему мне так НЕОБХОДИМА частая уборка и хирургическая стерильность в доме?"
А все оказалось просто,я подсознательно хочу держать все под контролем,себя контролирую,мужа и других не могу,а вот чистоту в доме - легко.
Неужели у меня такая мания ВЕЛИКОГО руководителя??
Понимаю что ответ на эту "задачу" может быть совсем другой,но пока что остановлюсь на этом))
Спала кст - плохо,но выспалась!)
Сейчас работаю и слушаю расслабляющую музыку.
Через 6 дней НГ,а у нас ни елки ни настроение НЕТУ..

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
