Немного работала. Завтра надо будет рб много.
Продолжаю читать "Черного лебедя". Там очень много написано про догматичность людей и ошибочные рассуждения. Вп, что у меня самой меняется способ думать, когда я о них узнаю.
Время от времени хуячат иррациональные трв, не хочется практик и фа - эффект недосыпа.
М39: забыла, что читаю ознаком. версию книги на сайте и решила, что почти всю ее прочла.
М40: забыла, помыла ли руки перед тем, как засунуть тампон.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
