30 мин мед21. Хочу седня сделать 50 всего. Или даже час. Читала про неолиберализм 80-90х гг. Охота еще почитать, но от вялости практически не вв текст.
Плотно поела в последний раз и ч себя довольно неплохо, бодро. Надо, значит, больше есть, и не дожидаться сильного голода с утра. Но блин, снова есть голод...

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
