Если верить Р, отец Сталина был ублюдком-садистом который издевался и над ним и над своей женой. При этом привил своему сыну уверенность в том что все беды его жизни от евреев. От религиозной школы - у него появилось отвращение к религии. А дальше мальчик вырос и оторвался на целом народе. Прямо как в школе где самые главные садисты были из неблагополучных семей, с родителями алкоголиками, бивших своих детей.

Первый диетический день почти закончился, приятная легкость в теле, хотя есть позывы срочно что-то сожрать, жру йогурты и пью чай.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
