Считаю что продажа масок по завышенным ценам, увеличение цен на такси во время каких-то чп в городах - это нормально, так работают рыночные механизмы. Чем больше спрос, дефицит какого-либо товара, услуги, тем выше стоимость. Давление на бизнес и санкции за "несправедливые цены" - будут приводить только к тому, что бизнес будет терять деньги.
Вместо назначения козлов отпущения, можно делать благотворительные акции, покупать маски оптом там, где они еще остались и раздавать бесплатно тем, кому хочется. Тут где я щас, так и делают, раздают бесплатно. Это конечно если абстрагироваться от того, имеет ли смысл их вообще носить в качестве защиты от вирусов.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
