Сожрал папайю, тыкву, нерв отдававший в нижн лапу уже почти не болит, но может это отсроченное действие ибупрофена. Попробую посидеть на небольших углеводах несколько дней, вне кетоза, если боли пропадут, значит кето для меня слишком жесткий режим. Хотя голодным я себя сегодня чувствовал клево, даже возникало наслаждение в виде приятной мягкости и легкости где-то в теле.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
