Седня уже вообще нет насморка.

Забегала на холм. 1й раз пробежала около половины пути, 2й - немного больше. Во время и после не было приступов астмы - круто. Хочу тренировать легкие, ну и ноги тоже.

Много читаю Талеба "Антихрупкость". Очень нра.

Вечером ебнулась в депрессию на почве отторжения к работе. Ну значит, план на завтра: сделать портфолио для др работы и выложить его, искать работу и искать гайды для обучения.
Обнулила 23 дня без депр и 30 дней без слез.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
