Погуляла до почты,отправила сестре часть собрания А.Толстого. Завтра отправлю ещё. Надо отправлять, у меня место занимают.
Пошла на разведку в сауну,где солярий стоит.Они давно работают, с 90х. В центре,во дворе,мы ещё с бывшим туда одно время ездили загорать по ночам. Работают! Позагорала! Ура! Лампы новые с декабря! Купила абонемент.Я в восторге!
На массаже уже не так больно,сделали квадрицепс- невероятно приятные ощщ, особенно у колена.Ноги в бедрах стали легче, визуально тоже немного подтянулись.
Очень холодно,ветер ледяной.Хотела поубирать у дома,-боюсь простыть,через пару дней будет+,тогда и выйду.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
