Вот ситуация эпидемии и карантина, но при этом понятно, что какая-то часть людей все равно куда-то будет ездить. Кто в больницу, кто на работу. Сделать это можно на общественном транспорте типа метро. И на каршеринге (здесь в Москве он очень развит).
Как вы считаете, что нужно закрыть в ситуации нарастающей эпидемии, метро или каршеринг? Мне кажется очевидно, что если чел заразный, то пусть он лучше в машине один сам по себе едет, чем в автобусе, потом вагоне метро, потом опять в автобусе с другими пассажирами. Поэтому Собянин.... закрыл каршеринг, а метро не закрыл. У этих людей ваще мозг есть?

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
