Менять СУ - очень сложная штука. И мне кажется что оч важно находить аргументы против СУ, понимать ее деструктивность. Вот уверен что например секс - это плохо. И как бы это норм, ничего страшного. А по факту эта СУ делает меня зажатым, уменьшает СЖ и прочее
А еще я оч ненавидящий человек за секс и его любые проявления. И за удв тоже ннв. Я себя воспринимаю как какой-то сверх правильный, целомудренный, "скромный", дофига умный человек. Я очень высокого мнения о самом себе. Я самый лучший, чо уж тут скрывать

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
