Jurassic Park кажется немного интересной, так что может просто та конкретная книга Крайтона не пошла. Пока возникает напряжение, когда читаю и спотыкаясь о незнакомые слова, это из-за перфекционизма и возникающих нэ. Поэтому нет удв, зато есть сильное жо читать на анг, тк в моих глазах это круто и развивает, поэтому заставляю себя читать, мда.. Мне тревожно, что мне самой ничего не захочется читать вообще, поэтому заставляю. Оставить себя в покое и ничего не читать, так тоже не хочется, охота пробуждать интерес к чтению. Надо подумать как. Самым логичным кажется читать мелкими порциями, не стараться прочитать побольше и отстать от себя, напоминать что я пока только развиваю этот навык.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
