После переходов захотелось английского, и сначала я была сосредоточена на том, что испытываю во время чтения и выписывания слов, а потом залипла в этой деятельности, появилось некоторое отупение, когда не хочется различать вв и хочется только получать впч.

Раньше, когда копила фрд, я по большей части думала о том, чтобы побольше прочитать, побольше выучить, а сейчас самым ценным кажется то, что испытываю во время интеллектуальных усилий - сосредоточенность, вдумчивость, собранность, более трезвое состояние. Хочется копить время в таком состоянии.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
