я постепенно разбираюсь со своими СУ насчет симпатов. хочется написать про одно изменение насчет СУ "смп заставляют себя отказываться от общения с ннв людьми под страхом осуждения, и это проявление сектанства". Я понял, что мне сложно представить другие мотивации, потому что у меня самого недружественное отношение к смп (по моей вине). Представил ситуацию где кто-то сильно неприятно проявляет себя к моему близкому другу или парню, и стало понятно, что хотеть держаться подальше в такой ситуации - естественно. И что это хороший лакмусовый тест на дружественность. Возникло ПО к тому что симпаты следят за своим комфортом, и не допускают к себе неприятных людей, которые мешают этому комфорту.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
