В голове созрел очень дерзких план, который может изменить мою жизнь очень кардинально. Для этого нужна идеальная физическая форма.
По питанию без косяков абсолютно. Позавчера тренила дома, сегодня все очень болит. Мне нравятся тренировки - простой и быстрые.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
