Я где-то читал про эксперимент с голубем, которому в случайном порядке иногда выпадало зернышко из кормушки. А ему казалось, что оно выпадает в следствии каких-то его действий - как-то там поднял лапу, или повернул голову в право. Так как никакой связи с реальностью эта его уверенность не имеет, ему бы просто отказаться от нее и признать, что зерно само по себе иногда выпадывает, а иногда нет. Но голубь пошел по другому пути, он стал усложнять свои ритуалы, производя все более сложные и изощренные действия в надежде получить зерно из кормушки. Я напоминаю себе того голубя, у меня только зерна другие, а поведение - то же самое

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
