Были очень классные выходные, я как в отпуске недельном побывала. Жаль сюда нельзя крепить фото, невероятной красоты виды, закаты...
По питанию с незначительными косяками, в целом я молодец. Единственное, что вино планировала только в субботу, но выпила в воскресенье тоже 3 бокала. Но под свежевыловленную рыбу на гриле не удержалась.
Сегодня в тренажёру. Полностью поменяла программу себе. Завтра в 6 утра тренировка мой тай. наконец-то!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
