После тренировки приятно.
Съездила позагорала, купила огурцы и яблоки. Кефир и сдобную булочку(уже съела).
Опять нормальной работы нет, прёт ебанина какая то.
Состояние гораздо лучше.Оч странно. Ничего особенного не сделала,а как будто переключилась. Как будто отпустило,капкан разжался. Хотя мсчн ещё не начались.
Посмотрю,может не буду больше работать.
В холод уютно быть дома,не парит осознание одиночества. Пусть будет холодное лето.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
