На театр импровизации было клево, как и всегда.
Снова были вообр центры, поняла что есть над чем поработать вплане неспецефичности, напр подвижная шея или мягкие плечи - очень женственные образы, от которых я в жизни вечно пытаюсь отнекиваться. Можно разбирать дома из интереса.
Под конец еще быстро сыграли мини этюды проецируя поведение животного на человека.
Хочется пробовать применять дома окраски, центры.
Еду в метро, все таки мне не хватает хорошего зрения, -4 без очков фиговато , хочется видеть людей, но привыкать к очкам и линзам тоже не хочу. От этого меньше уверенности тк не вижу выражения лиц и самих лиц. Ориентация идет по одежде, стилю, положению тела, движениям и пр

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
